Ver 0.3 update

Art overhaul.  Replaced the art with a simpler style. It looks cleaner and easier to make assets for. Cursed arms.

Level changes. Reorder of some challenges. Adjustments to make the difficulty easier at the start and more gradual. Speed options. Final zone theme changed.

Pauses when out of focus. Destructible checkpoints. Better management of SFX.

Various bug fixes, including to time keeping .
